He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edward Mullen, Sr. and Connie Mullen. He is survived by: his wife Ida Mary Mullen of D'Iberville; and his siblings, Judy Smith (Donald), Johnny Mullen, Danny Mullen (Virginia), Rickey Mullen (Wanda), Phillip Mullen (Robin), Joseph Mullen (David) and Alex Mullen (Tanya). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
