He was predeceased by: his parents, Owens George and Delia Catherine Tiblier (Davis); his sisters, Betty Mallett (Tiblier) and Delores (Tiblier); his brother-in-law Webster Lee; his brother Emile Tiblier; his sister-in-law Marjorie (McClellan); his brother Milton Tiblier (Bootsie); his nephew Jerry Mallett, Jr.; his brother-in-law William McClellan; and his pet Cisco.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Mae Tiblier (Necaise); his children, Bruce Tiblier (Lucinda) and Dawn Rebarchik (Robert); his grandchildren, Matthew Tiblier and Lindsay Martin (Jamie); and his great grandchildren, Guinevere and Eleanora. He is also survived by extended family and dear friends.
