He was predeceased by: his parents, William Cowan Winkle Jr. and Ruth Ingrid Nielsen; his brother Biff; and his nephew Kyle. He is survived by: his wife Eileen; his children, Kelly Winkle of Pensacola, FL, Erin Webb and Tommy Winkle of Diamondhead, MS; his grandchildren, Issac, Kasey Rose, Elizabeth, Cassandra, Adalyn, Lily, Audrey, Connor and Tommy Ryan; his siblings, Peggy Day (Alan), Jenny Schumaker (Dan), Sandra Larsen (Mike) and Jimmy Winkle (Barb); his cousins, Jette Langford, Lisa Bogosian and Lars Jorgensen; his pet Loki; and his sisters-in-law, Casey (Sheila Gray) and Rita O'Hara (Tracie) of New Smyrna Beach, FL.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
