“Dear Ballard Family, PART 2 Later we wanted to give him some Alabama bling but I forgot it back at our hotel. After some web searching we found his address and went back to his home. He invited us in to see his Alabama room, we talked for some time, and a friendship began. We played his Violin and sang for us. We left with a new friend (and more special water). We have visited he and his wife several times and he will be missed. We always looked forward to seeing him. Cope Crisson”

“Dear Ballard family, PART 1 My wife and I met Mr. Ballard (Crimson Tide's most avid fan) during in the 2016 "Blessing of the Classics" parade in Diamond Head. When I saw him sitting in his lawn chair garbed in Alabama apparel I yelled "ROLL TIDE!!" (I was raised not far from his hometown). He sprang from his chair like he was sitting on a spring and gave me a bottle of Ted's Special water (I still have the empty bottle and have collected several more bottles. PLEASE SEE CONTINUATION.”
