He is survived by: his wife Beth Butterfield Carriere; his brother Jerry Carriere (Fern Demourelle) of Gulfport; his children, Scott Carriere of Hattiesburg, Brian Carriere (Meredith Funk) of Gulfport, Heather Harris Schenck and Jennifer Harris of Biloxi; and also, Regan Carriere of Omaha, Neb, Austin Carriere of Hattiesburg, Carolina, Carter, Dutch Carriere of Gulfport, Brody McMahan, Catherine Harris of Biloxi, Skyler and Ethan Schenck.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that contributions be made to MD Anderson Cancer Center or St Jude Children's Hospital.
