She was predeceased by: her parents, Knots Brooks and Madge Brooks; and her siblings, Willie Thomas, Hal Brooks and Roselyn Brooks.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Hamer (Greg), Lisa Wintermantel (John) and Larry Bray (America); her grandchildren, Steve Hamer (Nicole), Jennifer Hardiman (Drew), Landon Bray, Sierra Bray, Katherine Wintermantel and Sarah Wintermantel; her great grandchildren, Morgan and Averie Hamer; and her siblings, Jimmy Brooks (Maryanne) and Loree Wiley. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and great-great-nieces and nephews.
