He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Taylor and Ellen Taylor (Campbell); and his brothers, Glen A Bailes, Arlan Taylor and Michael Taylor.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Taylor; his children, Dutchin Taylor, Robert Ramsey (Jacque), Mike Ramsey (Terrie), Sharon Bloemer, Ellen Stallibrass, Joy Taylor and Pamela "Cookie" Livingston; and his sister Patricia R. Burt. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
