He was predeceased by: his parents, Ferdinand and Olivia Hoffmann, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Janis Segui Hoffmann; his daughter Terri Hoffmann; and his brothers, Donald and Larry Hoffmann. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and several other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church.
