He was predeceased by: his grandmothers, Janet Breland Aime and Sylvia Pavolini Patton; and his close friend Dominic Patton. He is survived by: his children, Daniel "Case" Patton, Tanner Patton and Harper Patton; his parents, Rhonda Aime Gamble (Jay) and Danny L. Patton (Durenda Viator); his grandfather E. V. "Gus" Aime (Tina Urbina); his siblings, Chad D. Patton and Rachel R. Patton (Justin Bennett); and his nieces and nephews, Corbin Patton, Daniele Patton, Stella Warren, Scottie Santalla, Brendan Santalla and Makaylyn Bennett.
