It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cornelia Slaton Parker of Diamondhead, Mississippi, who passed away on October 28, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edna Janet Jones and Henry Clay Slaton; her husband William Riley Parker, Jr.; and her sisters, Mattie Gayle Slaton and Edna Voncile Slaton Seale.
She is survived by: her sisters, Callie Myrle Wilkins (Jesse "Jay" Ray) and Kathrine Dixie Branch (Franklin); her stepdaughter Virginia Karen Guillot; her grandchildren, Elisa Fisher, William Humble and Nicholas Humble; and her great grandchildren, Chase Fisher, Laila Fisher, Clu Humble, Avery Knox, Brixton Humble, Cameron Humble and Mason Humble.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be sent to Diamondhead Community Church.
