He was predeceased by: his former wife Robbie Lee Perry; his adoptive parents, Joseph O'Leary and Dot O'Leary; his mother Julia Perry; his siblings, Dee, Jean and Phil; and his niece Mary A. Brandt.

He is survived by: his wife Carol R. Perry; his sons, Charles R. Perry (Brenda) and Patrick Perry; his siblings, John, Joey, Steve and Terry O'Leary; and his grandsons, Joshua, Anthony and Philip.
