He is survived by: his son Glenn Michael Higgs (Linda); his sisters, Pansy Lawson and Bonnie Skaggs; his stepgrandchildren, Jeremy David Higgs (Marlena), Michelle Hough (David), Crystal Cooper (Frank), Aaron Matthew Higgs, Victoria Lizana (Sidney), Benjamin Michael Higgs and Cheyenne Higgs; and his sister-in-law Carol Brown. He is also survived by five great grandchildren; many nephews and nieces.
