He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert "Bob" Rippy, Helen Jenkins and Irene Alford; his uncles, Charles Ray Rippy, Luther Rippy James "Jimmy" Rippy, Billy Ray Rippy, Cecil Kendall, Johnny Ray and Robert Kendall; and his aunt Sally Womack.

He is survived by: his parents, Donnie Ray Rippy and Beverly Kendall; and his brother Matthew Rippy.
