She is survived by: her children, Bro. Michael Whitten, Sr. (Laura Whitten) of Calhoun City, MS and Dr. Kimberly Whitten of Joppa, MD; her godson Keith Bodet; her close friend Amanda McVay; her grandchildren, Michael Whitten Jr. (Darla Whitten), Tammy Whitten, Troy Whitten (Melissa Whitten) and Tristyn Rutherford; and her great grandchildren, Jay, Alex, Deanna, Dustin, Jordan, Dakota, Hanna and Jaiden. She is also survived by six great-great- grandchildren.
