She was predeceased by: her mothers, Paula Kinstley and Louise Kinstley; her sister Mary Darlinda Kinstley; and her stepdaughter Brandie Bumgart. She is survived by: her close friend Rose Phelps of Derma; her daughter Katie Johnson of Jackson; and her siblings, Louis Neal Kinstley, Jr. (Carla) of Ocean Springs, Joe Kinstley of Ocean Springs, Carmen Case (Mike) of Clinton, MS and Jenny Donnell (Joey) of Gulfport. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
