He is survived by: his father Phillip Odes Cutshall, Sr. (Sandra); his sons, Zach Cutshall and Aiden Cutshall; his siblings, Todd Cutshall (Jessica), Buford Lambert, Lisa Smith (Wendy Brown) and Wendy Tigner (Ronald); his close friends, Kristie and Madison Harris; and his nieces and nephews, Piper Cutshall, Teagan Cutshall, Eric Smith, Misty Clark and Marli Tigner.
