He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lee Lewis, Sr. and Viola Ruth Pierce Lewis; and his brother Charles Lee "Butch" Lewis, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Beth Speed (Michael) of Seminary, Krysti Matthews (Chris) of Mt. Olive and Jacob Lewis (Lauren) of Saraland, AL; and his sister Lynda Lewis of Collins. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
