He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Stepp and Mardell Stepp. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Stepp; his sons, Jason, Justin (Rebecca) and Joshua Stepp; and his siblings, Diane Mason, Cecelia McDonald and Lonnie Stepp. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
