He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Engle, Phyllis Collins (Donnie) of Madison, Melanie Boykin of Fairhope, Ala, Dee Boykin of Yazoo City and Don Boykin (Kristine) of Ridgeland; and his significant other Frankie Merrill. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren.
