He is survived by: his wife Christy Hollingsworth; his daughters, Abby Rose (Dylan Fulton) and Cailea Johnson (Ethan Cordar); his siblings, Tammy Stevens (Rocky) and Tony Miller (Londa); his nephews, Logan Miller and Kayden Stevens; his niece Brenley Stevens; and his close friend Will Withers. He is also survived by son; and many other friends and family.
