He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Leslie White Sr. and Myrtle Palmer White; his daughter Rebecca Ann White; and his sisters, Effie Sawyer, Mary Alice Stinemetz and Dorothy Madison.
He is survived by: his wife Martha White; his children, Johnny White (Suzanne) and Debbie Horn (Victor); his grandchildren, Vic Horn (Meredith), Drew Horn (Brittany), Johnathan White (Deanna), Garth Horn (Mary Leigh), Janice Bishop (Cory), Laura Jones (Justin), Jordan White and Nathan White; and his brother Joe Leslie White (Billie). He is also survived by his 12 great-grandchildren.
