He was predeceased by: his parents, Eunice Dean Sullivan and James David Sullivan; and his sister Patsy Sullivan Duer. He is survived by: his wife Judi Sullivan of DeKalb; his children, Dana Sullivan Brantley (Ron) of Philadelphia and David Drew Sullivan (Kelly) of Philadelphia; his niece Amy Dennison of Pisgah; his grandchildren, Laurel Brantley, Ashlan Brantley, Cash Sullivan, Cruz Sullivan and Laney Dennison; his sisters, Sandra Wilson (Wayne) of Tuscaloosa, AL and Mellonie Sullivan of Philadelphia; and his nieces, Candice Allen and Elizabeth Hill.
