She was predeceased by: her husband James "Doc" Pennington; her brother George Woodward; and her parents, George Woodward and Brunett Woodward. She is survived by: her daughters, Jean Marks (Fred) of Canton, Kathy Pennington of Decatur and Cindy Pennington of Hattiesburg. She is also survived by 2 Step Granddaughters, 4 Great Grandchildren, 3 Great Great Grandchildren.
