She was predeceased by: her husband Bobby Henry Addy; her parents, William Cleveland and Sallie Cleveland; and her siblings, Gwen Thrash, Willie Mae Rivers, Audie Wicks, Darah Cooksey, Boyd Cleveland, Cobert Cleveland, Ozro Cleveland and Selby Cleveland.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Nicholson (Glenn) and Carol Pittman (Steve); her grandchildren, Nicole Goforth (Jason), Tyler Nicholson (Taylor) and Bryan Pittman (Spencer); her great grandchildren, Jake Goforth, Riley Goforth, Cooper Goforth, Ross Nicholson and Addy Kate Nicholson; and her sister-in-law Carlene Cleveland. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
