He was predeceased by: his former wife Mildred Williams; his parents, Thomas Zachariah and Nancy Williams; and his siblings, Bill Williams, Aubrey Williams and Mildred Williams.

He is survived by: his wife Emma Williams; and his children, Teresa Williams, Debra Claire Griffith (Ron), Tamera Louise William, Carolyn Miley (Bragston), Patricia Stevison, Gwen Lewis and Dennis Burt. He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren, 9 Great-grandchildren, and 3 Great-great-grandchildren.
