He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Frank and Mabel Hoeft Frank; his siblings, Geneva (Art Albright), Charles Frank, Robert (Lois Frank) and Wilbur (Betty Frank); and his siblings-in-law, Ronald Pelz, Janice Pelz Taylor and Carol Pelz.
He is survived by: his wife Loretta; his children, Tom Frank (Susana O'Connell) of Stuart, FL, Garry Frank (Teresa) of Baton Rouge, LA and Eileen McMullan (Stephen) of Decatur, MS; his grandchildren, Kristen Frank, Alex Frank, Ethan McMullan, Alana McMullan, Alyssa McMullan and Aleah McMullan; and his brother-in-law Floyd Taylor.
