He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie Airhart and Ruby Grist Airhart; and his siblings, Jack Airhart and Ava Parker. He is survived by: his wife Ann Holt Airhart of Decatur; his children, David Airhart (Angie) of Decatur, Debby Walker (Johnny) of Hickory and Terry Foley (Ronnie) of Newton; his grandchildren, Trent Airhart (Qyuinna), April Foley, Jonathan Walker (Megan), Joey Walker (Bridget), Ron Foley and Stephanie Hurst (Kenway); and his brother Arthur Airhart. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
