It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chris Johnson Clark of Decatur, Mississippi, who passed away on November 24, 2022, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Joe Clark; and his grandparents, Alton, Mattie Lee Johnson, Marzene and Odessa Clark.

He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Clark; his wife Sandy Hemmingway Clark; his children, Luke Clark and Olivia Clark; his brothers, Kevin Clark and Stan Clark (Melba); his nieces and nephews, Thomas, Andrew Clark, Riley Kate and Dru Sheppard; his siblings-in-law, Shannon and Johnny Sheppard; and his parents-in-law, Wayne Hemmingway (Marie) and Sue Hemmingway.

In lieu of flowers memorial gifts can be made to the Clarke Venable Baptist Church Children's ministry.
