Billie was predeceased by: son Michael Thomas; father Paul D. Thomas; and brothers, Jerry Thomas and Cecil Thomas. Billie is survived by: wife Bessie French Thomas of Decatur; children, Janet Terrell (Bruce) of Union and Ralph Thomas (Marianne) of Decatur; grandchildren, Brian Terrell, Aaron Terrell, Todd Terrell (Kayla), Kristen Weaver (Ryan) and Brandon Thomas (Melanie); and sister Jean David of Ocean Springs. Billie is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
