He was predeceased by: his parents, James Goodwin and Christine Goodwin (Combs); and his brothers, Jimmy, Bill, Don and Gene Goodwin.

He is survived by: his close friends, Leon and Lavon Grace. He is also survived by nephews; great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Tommy's honor to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (stjude.org).
