He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Carol Courtney (Johnson); his son Tommy Keith Courtney, Jr. (T. K.); and his parents, Henry Simpson Courtney, Jr. and Wessie Lavera Courtney (Drew). He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly Courtney King and Rebecca Courtney; his grandchildren, Shelby Courtney, Jason Courtney, Memphis King and Ryder Val King; and his sister Patricia Courtney Thomason. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
