She is survived by: her children, Alton E. Purvis, Jr. (Tony) and Crystal Springs; her husband Alton Purvis; her son Tony Purvis; and her sisters, Ann Harris Sweeney and Lennie Gail Upton (Runnel). She is also survived by eight nephews and nieces and several great and great great nephews and nieces.
