He is survived by: his wife Bettye Lowery Windom; his sons, Rusty Windom (Phyllis) and Ron Windom (Debbie); his brother Vance Windom; and his grandchildren, Lauren, Robert IV of Andrew, BJ, Christina and Matthew. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
