He is survived by: his wife Patricia Berch Fortenberry; his children, Jarrett Fortenberry (Leslie) of Wesson, Amanda Riede (Erich) of Florence and Trisha Greene (Michael) of Brandon; his siblings, Jeff Edward Fortenberry, Jr. of Wesson and Linda Dykes (James) of Florence; and his grandchildren, Millie Fortenberry, Madison Fortenberry, Colton Riede, Conner Greene, Josiah Greene, Davis Fortenberry and Adalyn Greene.
