He was predeceased by: his sons, Joshua Randall Jones and Richard "Richie" Arlen Jones, Jr.; his parents, Hansel Ware and Lavada Walker Jones of Crystal Springs; and his siblings, Hiram Jones, Hansel Jones, Elizabeth Jones and Barbara Sue Jones.
He is survived by: his daughter Rebecca Elizabeth Jones Brown (Donnie); and his grandchildren, Noah Dale Jones, Gracie Elizabeth Brown, Joshua Brennan Jones, Hannah Rose Brown and Emma Dean Brown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many lifelong friends.
