It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Welch of Crystal Springs, Mississippi, born in Pulaski, Mississippi, who passed away on July 25, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Brown and Lenora Brown (Gwyn Allen Moulder); her brother Bobby Carr Brown; and her son-in-law Roy Jordan. She is survived by: her husband James; her sister Glenda Robinson (Ken); and her children, Mike Moulder (Sharon), Randy Moulder (Susan), Penny Green (Mike), Darlene Campbell (Johnny), Tim Moulder and Janice Goulet. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren and 1 great, great grandchild.
