She is survived by: her husband Leon Smith; her stepsons, Doug, Tommy (Jena) and Stanley (Wendy); her brothers, Bo Limbaugh (Kim) and Kenneth (Lynnice); and also, Julia, Nick, Zach, Thomas, Will (Cate), Nelson, Peyton, Jay (Brooke), Mason, Laurie Neff (Rick) and Lee Ann Rikard. She is also survived by ses many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
