He is survived by: his wife Karen Curtis; his sons, Chad Curtis (Haley) and Chris Curtis; his grandchildren, Mikayla Curtis, Ramsey Curtis, Zoe Jane Curtis, Brooklynn Curtis and Braelynn Curtis; his mother Shirley Curtis Russell (Doyle); and his siblings, James Curtis (Melody), Deborah Baughman (Mitchell), Keith Curtis (Natalie), David Curtis (Angie) and Tracy Cooper. He is also survived by his daughter; a multitude of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
