She was predeceased by: her parents, Lina Cohn and Judson Cohn; her husband J. D. Lewis; her siblings, Eva Nell Lewis and Howard "Sonny" Cohn; her sons-in-law, Norman Jackson and Tommy Jackson; and her granddaughter Heidi Jackson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Dianne Jackson, Barbara Nell Jackson and Jadeen Barnhart (David); her brothers, Glen Cohn and James Cohn (Ann); her grandchildren, Tal Jackson, Judson Jackson (Shelly), Cassity Jackson, Cliff Barnhart (Carrie), Elizabeth Huggins, Matthew Barnhart (Claire) and Jay Barnhart; and her great grandchildren, Tucker Jackson, Wes Curtis, Camdyn Jackson, Jasper Barnhart, Finley Barnhart, Riggs Barnhart, William Barnhart, Piper Huggins and Ben Barnhart.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Stringer Family Funeral Home - Crystal Springs (26141 MS-27, Crystal Springs, MS 39059). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Pilgrams Rest Baptist Church (3121 Didlake Rd, Crystal Springs, MS 39059).
Memorials may be made as desired or to the Pilgrims Rest Baptist Church Cemetery Trust Fund at 3121 Didlake Road, Crystal Springs, Mississippi 39059.
