He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Latimer and Mary Latimer; and his brother Charles. He is survived by: his wife Jeanette; his brother Robert; his children, Melody Pierce, Joel Latimer (Betty) and Gail Hammond (Dan); his grandchildren, Kevin Hammond, Carey McAlpin, Hunter McAlpin (Julie), Ethan Latimer and Kira Latimer; and his great grandchildren, Austin McAlpin, Fallon McAlpin and Kashton McAlpin.
