He was predeceased by: his parents, Wiley Edgar Wilson and Winnie Ammons Wilson; his wife Johnnie Wilson; and his siblings, Nell Gillis, Blanche Anne Mobley and Wiley Wilson.

He is survived by: his daughters, Patricia Wilson Gardner of Meadville, MS, Deborah Wilson Norwood (Robert) of Hazlehurst, MS, Elizabeth Wilson Rials of Crystal Springs, MS and Connie Rhea Wilson of Crystal Springs, MS; and his siblings, Tommy Wilson (Linda) of Pearl, MS and Ella Louise-Nippy Graggs of Pearl, MS. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren and 3 brand new great-great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations be made to any pet shelter.
