He is survived by: his children, William Doyle Carraway, Jr., Salt, Michael Owen Carraway of Starkville, Shelby Grant Carraway of Ridgeland, Christopher Alan Carraway of Ridgeland, Jody Wayne Carraway and Elizabeth Ann Davis of Long Beach, MS; and his grandchildren, Miles Alexander, Allysa Effie, Benjamin Arthur, Hanna Oliver, Emma Ketty, Elizabeth Haley Martin Janssen, Blake Orren Davis, Drew Mason Davis, Michael Weston, Anna Belle Lee, Cortni Virginia Carraway and Garret Orrey Carraway. He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
