With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy Daugherty (Crystal Springs, Mississippi), who passed away on January 20, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Dillard McManus and Merle Teasley. She is survived by: her sisters, Estelle Nations and Louise Knight; her children, Carolyn Bennett (Steve), Gay Sykes, Mark Sykes (Lynn) and Ricky Sykes; her grandchildren, Tina Bennett Hatch (Royal), Melody Bennett Stubbs (Christian), Jennifer Sykes and Scott Bennett; and her great grandchildren, Caleb and Carson Stubbs.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to churches, the Copiah Animal Shelter and other shelters, or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
