With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dianne Carson Slay of Crystal Springs, Mississippi, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 27, 2025 at the age of 75. She was predeceased by: her husband Charles David Slay; her parents, Milton King and Nelda King; and her sisters, Lynn Gerard and Loretta Carson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Shelia Hemphill (James) and Samantha Britt; her grandchildren, Chandler Hemphill (Claudia), Ryland Hemphill, Greyson Britt and Charley Britt; her great grandchildren, Gatlin, Brees and Whitton; and her siblings, James Carson, Lamar Carson, Hollis Ray Davis, Jeanette Thompson, Vickie Berry, Shirley Rains, Rita Martin and Sandra Smith.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Stringer Family Funeral Home - Crystal Springs (26141 MS-27, Crystal Springs, MS 39059). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
