He is survived by: his children, Duane Carlock (Bonnie) and Angie Patrick; his stepdaughters, Shelia Yates, Janice Furlow and Diane Brown; and his siblings, Merle Carlock (Toni) and Bonnie Wilson. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren.
