Lewis; her sons, Jerry, Jack, Rick (Terry) and Jim (Robin); her daughter-in-law Eadie Lewis; and her grandchildren, Teresa Parker Bailey, Michael Lewis, Joy Lewis, Christine Lindsey, Kenny Bowen, Kim Anderson and Christina Perkins. She was also cherished by 4 great grandchildren.
