She was predeceased by: her parents, William Frederick and Emma Frances Martin Grant; and her siblings, Judy Grant Ezell, Carolyn Grant Ainsworth and William Hall Grant.
She is survived by: her husband George Wesley Mitchell of Crystal Springs; her sister Winifred Harris of Ocean Springs; and her aunts, JoAnn Bucklew of Laurel and Julia Grant Fraser of Conway, AR. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
