She was predeceased by: her parents, Wes McGaugh and Josie McGaugh; her husband Vernon P. Smith; and her siblings, Autie Mae Clark, Ocie Beasley, Marguerite Thornton and William McGaugh.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Smith (Janet) of Wesson and Janet Smith of Crystal Springs. She is also survived by 6 Grand Children; and 8 Great Grand Children.
