He was predeceased by: his parents, Belton Phillips and Lois Phillips (Becky Phillips); his son Chris Phillips; and his brother-in-law Larry Toppin. He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy White (Perry) and Marlo Hollis (Scott) of Crystal Springs; his daughter-in-law Cathy Phillips of Crystal Springs; his sister Martha Lynn Toppin of New Mexico; his grandchildren, Daniel White (Brandy), Casey Phillips, Cayla Taylor (Nathan) and Courtney Welch (Dylan); and his pet Gracie. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren with one more on the way, niece & nephews, numerous cousins.
