He is survived by: his father Billy Mansfield Phillips; his wife Cathy Phillips of Crystal Springs; his children, Casey Phillips (Amanda) of Meridian and Cayla Taylor (Nathan) of Braxton; his sisters, Cindy White (Perry) of Crystal Springs and Marlo Hollis (Scott) of Crystal Springs; and his grandchildren, Camdon Taylor, Landree Taylor, Jael Hight and Isaiah Taylor.
